For more than 25 years, as a trusted guide, we have expertly guided organisations through important moments of change. Over the years, Arch has managed to keep growing steadily. With a clear vision in mind, providing quality tailor-made guidance time and again, and doing so in mutual trust with the client.
We are proud of our past and would like to highlight a few milestones in our history.
Arch celebrates its 25 years. Furthermore, we introduced a new logo and branding to mark the occasion!
2023
Arch strengthened its ranks with two new partners: Bert Kuypers and Frans Beckers are now at the helm. Together with the 2 founders, they will pull out all the stops to realize the core objective of the organization: 'making change happen'.

We deepen our expertise by specializing in change and project/program management. This is how we created our own RICA methodology.
2018
For the 2nd time in a row Arch has been selected as the primary partner of Poolstok (formerly Jobpunt Vlaanderen) to carry out assignments related to organizational optimization and change management and this for another 4-year period. We also obtained the agreement in 2021.
Arch is founded by Bert Van Daele and Jan Van Laer. The original logo and name indicate the bridge from the "now" to the "future," a nod to an arc and change.
