Arch makes change happen with
the i-Police project
Since the beginning of January 2022, the digital transformation project i-Police has been launched at the Belgian police. The project entails a digital revolution costing almost 300 million euros and digitising all operational tasks of the police. Such a revolution requires the necessary change management expertise. In this respect, Arch is the appropriate partner to make the change happen.
Arch supports the police operational processes and wants to increase their efficiency. We apply a people-oriented methodology together with and for the customer in order to successfully implement the technology-based transformation.
The real change envisaged by the project is a drastic change in terms of work processes. In doing so, it is important that all sections of the police accept the transition. Arch has therefore developed a change approach using several building blocks so that more than 35,000 users can find their way in the i-Police process and platform.
Among other things, i-Police includes a new information platform to properly inform all police employees. Several databases and applications give way to a single application for information registration and database. An application that analyses all information, makes connections and provides tools for translations and processing from speech to text.
The i-Police project consists of several phases of realisation, after which the roll-out is scheduled for 2026. Want to know more about the project and Arch's role? Then be sure to follow Arch's LinkedIn page to stay up to date.
