Arch has developed a tool to assess the data maturity of your organization at a high level. We call it the Data Driven Decision Making – Quick Scan, or DDDM-QS for short. It is not a scientific test but a tool that combines our expertise to address the needs of organizations.
The quick scan is the first step. If you seek a deeper analysis of your organization, we have developed a more comprehensive questionnaire to delve into the essence of data-driven operations in your organization. This questionnaire aligns with the Arch data model, based on data and performance management. While the DDDM-QS provides a high-level overview of your organization's data-driven maturity, the comprehensive questionnaire delivers a detailed report on data and performance management and offers guidance on how to leverage it effectively.
Our DDDM QS delivers
The quick scan is a lightweight tool that requires minimal time and resources. It quickly detects how data-driven your organization is. After completing the quick scan, you will receive a brief, no-obligation report that provides insights into your organization's data-driven maturity. You also have the opportunity to review the results with a consultant to identify potential pitfalls and opportunities for your organization.
The quick scan consists of 22 statements about how your organization handles data. You will indicate to what extent each statement applies to your organization. We then measure your organization's maturity across various components. The results are captured in a convenient report, which we are eager to discuss with you. In no time, you will have relevant, tailored insights for your organization.
