Arch developed a tool to help you map out that robustness. We call it the Organizational Robustness Quick Scan, or ORQS for short. It is not a scientific test, but a tool in which we have combined our years of experience in guiding change projects. We based this on Kurt Lewin's force field analysis. ORQS is a user-friendly analysis tool that provides quick and clear insight into your organization's resistance to change.
ORQS pays off
ORQS is not a heavy or complex assessment that requires a lot of time or resources. It is a quick scan that allows you to quickly detect the opportunities and pitfalls when your organization is dealing with change. After completing the test, you have the opportunity to supplement the insights from the ORQS scan with the opinion of our consultants. Arch will personally discuss with you where the opportunities and challenges lie, what your priorities are and how best to approach them.

We present you with 20 statements for each building block. You indicate the extent to which they apply to your organization. We measure where the driving and impeding factors for change are located. The results are captured in a handy report, which we are happy to discuss with you. This provides you with relevant insights tailored to your organization in no time.
