Your role and responsibilities
As a trusted advisor for our clients, your main responsibility is to create meaningful impact. Your primary focus will be guiding our clients through transformations in the domain of strategy. As we expect our consultants to be able to propose our full offering, you also have an interest in transformation aspects related to technology/digital and people and organisation. We don’t expect you to be the expert in all these domains, but we are sure you agree that being able to connect them is important.
On a project level, you’ll be responsible for the following:
• You initiate, implement, and perform project activities that contribute to a successful project implementation and maximise both customer expectations as well as project team fulfilment.
• You initiate, define, develop and apply project methodologies and tools to guarantee a consistent and efficient approach.
• You plan, follow up and report own/team activities to guarantee the planned deliverables in a timely and qualitative way, within the agreed budget.
In the field of business development and people management:
• You listen well to prospects and clients to detect opportunities to provide them services that bring added value to them.
• You like to work together with colleagues, provide them opportunities to grow and to deliver results as a team.
• You are enthusiastic about putting you network at work to connect Arch with new clients and to attract new people to enlarge the Arch team.

Profiel kandidaat
Your skills and qualifications
As the strong senior Strategy Management Consultant, you recognise yourself in the following profile:
- You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in consultancy and more specifically in strategy deployment and implementation.
- Projects like strategic fit exercises, implementing and improving target operating models and governance structures, defining as-is and to-be processes and performance management are your cup of tea.
- Delivering projects at clients is not the only thing that gives you energy. You also have a broad business network where you love to introduce the Arch offering. Detecting opportunities, capturing the needs of the prospect/client, translating it into an offer and closing the deal are the first essential steps before you can start the project.
- You have good (written) communication skills. We need someone who can get a message across to an individual, small, and large groups.
- You are an informing team player. We need to continuously inform different stakeholders internally and externally to make the best decision(s). This entitles also that you can make good project plannings.
- You have good listening skills. We don't have ready-made answers, so first listening to the client to properly understand his problem or challenges is key.
- You are a lifelong learner. We are looking for trusted advisors with a broad scope of different interests who learn new things quickly so you can adapt accordingly.
- You are pragmatic. Using a no-nonsense approach, we provide understandable solutions that are easy to implement and fit the specific situation.
- You show commitment. We speak the customer's language. As a result, we build mutual trust and strong commitment that guarantees lasting results.
- You are result-oriented. By setting realistic and measurable goals together from the start, we achieve achievable and expected results.
- You are trustworthy. We continuously share our insights with the customer, creatively and with courage if necessary.
- You are ideally trilingual: Dutch, French and English. Dutch is a must.
